The team at Orange always keeps our partner experiences at the forefront of our decision-making process. We’ve heard from thousands of leaders through our events and our relationships between partners and Orange Specialists. And we’re listening to your feedback.

We’re looking forward to offering you more curriculum package options that will better suit the size and resources available to most churches. And we’ve created a new system for you to access your curriculum in an easier and faster way.

As with any change, it will take time to get used to all these exciting updates. But we promise to be your biggest fan – cheering you on with great support, helpful resources and anything else we can do to help you win!

I'm on a customized payment arrangement. Will that be affected?

Our entire team is committed to making this upgrade to our new package structure and delivery system as smooth, easy and beneficial as possible for every leader.

If your payment arrangements have been customized previously for any reason, please contact Orange Partner Support to verify how those arrangements will be implemented in our new system.

I'm a First Look partner. What will I have access to on March 20?

Thank you for trusting us with the materials for your preschoolers! You will have access to ALL of the same files you currently see when you log into the existing curriculum matrix. Please note there are two important changes that go into effect on March 20, 2018:

We’re excited to make it easier and faster to find the exact file you’re looking for within each month of curriculum! And we’ll be offering better functionality to pick and choose the files you’d like to download!

When it’s time to renew your license for First Look, you’ll be able to select from two different partnership levels depending on the needs of your church! Check out the offerings for each partnership level below.

I'm a First Look partner. What if I am mid-license when these changes take place on March 20?

Fantastic! You will be able to access the content of the premium package through the remainder of your licensing. When it’s time for your license renewal, you can select the curriculum package that is best for you. If you have any questions regarding this process, remember that Orange Partner Support is a phone call or email away. Partnership Levels – First Look

I'm a First Look partner. Are videos available for purchase within the new curriculum packages?

Yes, both curriculum levels (Starter/Premium) have an optional media package designed to compliment that particular level. The media package includes not only monthly large group video resources, but also music videos, a countdown video and theme-related graphics. If you elect to add a media package, you’ll incur a one-time charge when you purchase your license, and you are set for the entire year. You will have the ability to download these resources directly from the same page that you use to download your monthly curriculum via our newly-designed delivery system. How exciting is that?

If you currently have a subscription to either the physical Wonder DVD or the digital Wonder video files, you will continue to receive these monthly resources before and after March 20. Physical shipments will continue on the current schedule. Digital file delivery will also continue as scheduled but will only be available to the user that made the original purchase. More details about this slight change will be emailed directly to all affected users before March 20.

I’m a First Look partner. I usually purchase my video resources through OrangeStore.org. Will I still be able to do that or am I obligated to purchase a media package in order to access videos?

All video products will remain available for purchase (just like they currently are!) at OrangeStore.org. You are not obligated to purchase the media package at all. BUT be sure to compare your annual expenses for monthly videos with the cost of the media package – you may just find that you’ll be saving a lot of valuable budget money!

I’m a First Look partner. Will anything change about the way I purchase Wonder videos, First Look Monthly artwork or First Look Placemat artwork at OrangeStore.org?

Nope! If you utilize these great resources in your preschool ministry each month, you can continue to purchase either the physical Wonder DVD or the digital media files for Wonder or the monthly First Look Placemat Artwork through our online store.

If you purchase the digital media files through OrangeStore.org, the only difference you’ll notice is that you will not be accessing those files through a link in an email. Instead, after March 20, you’ll have a link to any digital products you purchase (curriculum, videos, artwork, music, etc.) that is accessible from a page called “My Downloads.” This page will be available to you after logging into your store account at OrangeStore.org! No more searching through your inbox to find that download link! YAY!

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: You may be eligible to save a significant amount of money by opting to purchase one of the media packages that will be available with the new curriculum tiers. Check out the offerings in the new media packages using the link below.

Partnership Levels – First Look

I’m a First Look partner. I have signed up to get monthly access to Wonder videos, First Look Monthly Artwork and/or First Look Placemat Artwork through the current curriculum matrix. Will that access change on March 20?

Yes and no. If you purchased any of these great resources under the “Premium Enhancement” tab in your curriculum download matrix – AND you opted to automatically get access each month – then you will continue to have access in the new curriculum delivery system.

The difference that you WILL notice is that after March 20 you’ll have a link to any digital products you have purchased (curriculum, videos, artwork, music, etc.) that is accessible from a page called “My Downloads.” This page will be available to you after logging into your store account at OrangeStore.org!

I'm a First Look partner. Can I add the media package in the middle of my licensing period?

Yes! The media package may be added at any point during your license period and the cost will be pro-rated according to the number of months remaining in your current curriculum license.

I'm a 252 Kids partner. What will I have access to on March 20?

There are elements of 252 Preteen included in the Starter and Basic levels of 252 Kids, with the entire offering included in the Premium level. Should you select the Starter and Basic levels and want the entire 252 Preteen curriculum including video, you will be able to purchase 252 Preteen separately as a product from our online store.

I'm an XP3 Middle School partner. How do I know when my current license expires?

Your XP3MS license is good for one year after your original purchase. You should have received an emailed receipt following your original purchase that can be referenced to find your purchase date. When the new curriculum delivery system launches, you’ll see the expiration date for each curriculum license clearly displayed after logging in and navigating to your “My Downloads” page.

I'm an XP3 Middle School partner. What do the new curriculum packages for XP3 MS include?

We’re excited to be bringing the entire XP3 Middle School experience into the same convenient online delivery system as all of the Orange curriculum products!

I'm an XP3 High School partner. Will we begin following a scope & cycle for series after March 20?

Yes and No.  XP3 High School will allow leaders to follow our strategic scope and cycle but also gives leaders the flexibility to create a custom scope and cycle. In our discussions with student ministry leaders, our team has found that a majority of XP3 leaders are following our scope and cycle to ensure a trusted and balanced teaching strategy throughout the year.

To have full customization of your scope and cycle, you will need to purchase the FLEX curriculum plan from XP3 High School when your current license is due to renew.

To begin following the recommended scope and cycle, you will need to select the COMPLETE curriculum plan when renewing your license.

I'm an XP3 High School partner. What if I have unused credits in my subscription on March 20?

If you have unused credits on March 20, they will be gone. Forever. So, we suggest that you use ’em before you lose ’em. Your license is tied to your purchase date, not your credits. So if you purchased XP3 High School (Annual Partnership) in June of 2017, and you have used all of your credits by March 19, 2018, you will be moved into our new delivery system and have access to curriculum materials through June of 2018, when it will be time to renew your annual license.

The timeline is slightly different if you purchased an Introductory Partnership with XP3 High School. Check out the dates below to determine how long you will have access to curriculum materials before needing to renew your license:

Purchased XP3 HS Introductory Partnership on or before January 31, 2018 –> Access to Curriculum through June 29, 2018.

Purchased XP3 HS Introductory Partnership on or after February 1, 2018 –> Access to Curriculum through July 27, 2018.

I'm an XP3 High School partner. How do I know when my current license expires?

The primary user for your XP3 High School account will need to log into his or her account. Locate and click the settings icon in the upper right corner. Click on the “History” tab. Under “Billing,” locate the last purchase. Your license expires one year from the purchase date.

I'm an XP3 High School partner. What do the new curriculum packages for XP3 HS include?
